Who we are

The Dracula Museum is a cultural project of Ordo Draconum, a non-governmental organization (NGO), founded in 2016, as a nonprofit organization (Association, ruled by the laws of Romania), by a group of Dracula’s history enthusiasts.

The Dracula Museum is sheltered by the second oldest civilian building in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The old building that houses our Museum is a mansion, erected in the 18th century, on a plot of land located in the old city of Bucharest, that used to be a part of the Royal Courts of Vlad Dracula (in the 15th century) and other rulers of Wallachia (now part of modern Romania).
